Divide an A3 piece of paper into 4 parts.
Part 1: Draw and label a Healthy Food Plate.
Part 2: Vitamins and Minerals. What does our body need? What are the foods we need to include in our diet so we have right about in our bodies?
Part 3: What are the effects of bad food choices and a poor diet on your body?
What improvements could you make to your diet?
Part 4: Create a healthy meal plan for yourself/family. 3 choices for breakfast; lunch; dinner and snacks.
